Any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may return the item(s) and receive a refund. All returned items must be uncut and in their original, unaltered condition. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date. Any claims regarding an order must be made within 30 days of shipment.
To ensure proper credit of your return, please contact [email protected] and we will happily assist you. All returns require a return authorization number that will be provided to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may send back the item(s) through a carrier of your choice. Refunds are typically issued 5-7 days after the item(s) are received and processed.
The following products are ineligible to be returned:
- Outlet Items
- Unless we are in error, we do not refund the fee from the selected shipping method included in your order total.
- Any returned item(s) must be unopened, in it(s) original packaging.
- Items returned to us in non-salable condition will be returned to sender. The customer will be notified via email and no refund will be given. A non-salable condition includes, but is not limited to: items that have been washed, cut, marked, soiled, or wrinkled, or items that have absorbed a strong odor. We cannot return any pattern unless it is in a sealed, unopened case.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the item(s) of their order upon receipt to ensure any issues can be resolved within the 30-day window.
- We are not responsible for any international fees on returned products.
