Kids Summer Sewing Camp (In-store Class)

Ready, set, sew! This fun and beginner-friendly summer sewing class is designed just for kids who want to learn the basics of sewing while creating projects they’ll be proud to take home.

Students will learn essential sewing skills including:

  • Sewing machine safety and operation
  • Threading a machine
  • Straight stitching and seam allowances
  • Pressing techniques
  • Basic construction skills
  • Following simple sewing instructions

  • Time: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM

  • Format: In-store class

  • Project: As they build their confidence, students will complete four fun projects, including:
    A PDQ Bag for carrying their favorite treasures
    A cozy Pillow to brighten their room
