Refund policy

At My Girlfriend’s Quilt Shoppe, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. However, we have a strict return policy to ensure fairness for all customers.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. Returns made after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit.

• Prior authorization is required for all returns. No item will be accepted without prior approval.

• Non-returnable items include:

  • Online classes and digital/downloadable patterns

  • Fabric cuts and opened embroidery CDs

  • Patterns and final sale items

  • Memberships

• Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted under any circumstances.
