Unhappy.

The download is cute, as most of the designs are. My unhappiness is with the dish towels. I sent an email about how uneven the dish towels are that are sent out with the designs. I sent a picture of how off square the bottom was when folded in half. I stated that about having to square up every dish towel before using so my end product doesn’t look like a kindergartener made it. They told me in an email how to square it up. Purchasing a product should not require you to take out the hem, iron the bottom and square up your towel so it’s straight. There was no other response.
I felt the response was very uncaring for the products your selling and that the buyers have to redo the poor workmanship. Unhappy
