YOU WILL NEED:
• Placemat Panel*
• ½ yard coordinating fabric
• 2 ½ yards 1” strapping
• (2) 1” D-rings
• 1 yard 19” Kimberbell Project Batting
• 12” x 19” Insul-bright Batting
• Basting Spray
• Marking Pen

with (6) 11 ¼" x 17 ½" placemats
