It’s not the product! It’s waiting for it, to only receive the wrong item! Phone call to recitify, and recieve no communication about reorder, until I called again!!! Not good CS!

As soon as we heard from the customer that the wrong item was accidentally shipped, we sent her the correct item along with a return label for the original product. Unfortunately, as a customer service rep I neglected to call the customer back to tell her that we were sending the label instead of requiring her to print it out. I apologized for this when she called and was upset about it. We do strive to get orders correct and provide excellent customer service, but in this case we were not up to our usual standards.
