As part of this challenge, we’ll give you a FREE journal to document your journey. You can write about the meaning behind each block, the memories that inspired it, and why you chose specific designs. This journal will serve as a keepsake for you and future generations to reflect on the story behind your quilt.

Monthly Themes

Each month is centered around a theme that encourages you to reflect on different aspects of your life. Here are the themes and quotes to inspire your designs:

January - Legacy
"What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others." - Pericles

February - Freedom
"Freedom is the open window through which pours the sunlight of the human spirit and human dignity." - Herbert Hoover

March - Miracles
"Miracles are not always extraordinary events; sometimes they are the quiet, unseen moments that remind us of the beauty and wonder that exists in the world, if we choose to see it."

April - Family Legend
"Families are like stories – sometimes the funniest legends are passed down through laughter, exaggerated just enough to keep the memory alive."

May - Home
"Home is not just a place, it's the feeling of belonging, the warmth of unconditional love, and the freedom to be your true self, surrounded by those who make your heart feel at peace."

June - Family Tree
"Our family is a circle of strength and love, with every birth and union, it grows. What we do today will echo through generations to come."

July - My Home State
"There's a special kind of love for the place you call home – where the land, the air, and the people become a part of who you are, and every corner feels like a piece of your soul."

August - Color
"Color is the heartbeat of life, infusing our world with energy, warmth, and a reminder that beauty can be found in every hue we encounter."

September - Career
"The career I’ve chosen is not just a path to success, but a journal of passion, growth, and purpose, where every challenge is a step towards becoming the person I was always meant to be."

October - Belief Statements
"Belief statements are the compass of our lives, guiding us through uncertainty, shaping our actions, and reminding us of who we are and what we stand for."

November - Reflection
"In the quiet moments of reflection, we find the seeds of gratitude, where each lesson, each challenge, and each blessing becomes a reason to appreciate the journey we've traveled."

December - Dreams
"Living your dreams isn't about waiting for the perfect moment, but having the courage to create it, step by step, with every choice and action that aligns with your heart's true desire."
